The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered. I'm sure trying hard to make up for the fact that the hotel is being remodeled. If we had not needed a room for 6 people, we would have stayed elsewhere as the hotel was not Marriot quality. ...read more

Me and my wife travel for business most weeks and found this hotel to really be one of our better stays. This hotel not only delivered what was promised from what advertising we seen but offered more then we expected. Excellent value for the money. Breakfast could be better, too high in fat. A toaster with English muffins and/or bread would be better. Bananas, apples, and/or oranges would be great. Clean quiet a bit out of the way but definitely a place to stay if one is going to be away for a while. Large enough rooms, could use more storage space. Not a lot to do in the immediate area unless you like to shop. Lots of malls and stores within a few miles of the hotel. For the price I paid I'd stay again. ...read more

This is my first experience with Town Place. This property is in a residential area with good access to all types of shopping centers, restaurants and theater Town Place is definitely a cut above Extended Stay America.
